Rooms were non-smoking, staff was incredibly kind, breakfast was SOLID. The room had hairdryer and very good soundproofing plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Primorsky district won't disappoint you.

Breakfast was very good and the location was great. The standard double room we were given had central heating, a private safe and a writing table. Found a place called Chito-Gvrito, set right at the hotel, ate there a few times...
